What can I expect?
From 5:30pm-6:30pm, meet with the founders over beer. Starting at 6:30pm, each founder will give a five minute talk about how they started their company, followed by a 20 minute Q&A from the panelists and audience.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes! Come a little hungry but not too hungry. We'll have beer and some light snacks.
Who will be at the event?
In addition to the panelists and founders, you’ll meet fellow entrepreneurs and investors who want to support B Corps.
Is Wefunder endorsing these companies?
No. Wefunder is not legally allowed to endorse companies. We do not claim these companies are good investments. You very well might lose all of your money.
How were the companies chosen?
This event was open to any B Corp or Public Benefit Corporation that filed a "Form C" with the SEC, allowing them to legally fundraise publicly. Wefunder does not endorse these companies.

Curious how well the companies have done? Or how many raised follow-on financing?
Some fine print: 1) These numbers include startups currently live on Wefunder if they pass their minimum target. 2) Some startups use two different laws at the same time (i.e., Regulation D and Regulation Crowdfunding).
