Hi, this is an excellent idea and well thought-out, You seem to have the energy and commitment to be successful. My concern is that payback is from net and not gross revenue. If you raise your max investors will not be fully paid back until you achieve a total net profit of over 1.7 million. (If I'm misunderstanding the terms, please let me know.) Considering start-up costs and ramp up, when do you think there will actually be any net revenue, and after that what will it take in volume of bookings to get to 300K of net revenue or so annually? Since you're involved in another business, why dont investors get a piece of that? It seems like your time will be spread thin and that creates opportunity cost for investors putting money in. Thanks!
I need to send my funds and since I am doing this with my IRA I need the certificate of good standing and the REVENUE LOAN AGREEMENT (Promissory Note) to be able to have my custodian send the check or wire. How do I get those?

Hi Sarah, Thanks for sending your updates. I have been following your fundraising progress for the last few weeks. Love what you are doing and given my background with Experiential Travel and Local Experiences - you are headed with the puck is going! Upon reviewing your terms, I am a little hesitant because it looks like investors are loaning you money at 10% per year (over the course of you anticipated 2x payback period) with no long term equity play, given that proceeds are being used for purchase of a real estate property as well. My question is will you consider changing your offering if you see fundraising not accelerating? Thank you and good luck!

Hi! Assuming you close the funding when you reach the $60K goal, by when do you project to payoff the entire loan? Same question if you’re fully funded at $107K?
