The global men's underwear market is worth $78B; the U.S. and Europe alone represent $18B. NEUDE doesn't need to win the category to build a meaningful business — capturing just 0.5% of the global market equals roughly $390M in annual sales. This is a big-enough category to build a real company from day one, and small enough share to make that ambition credible.

The Founder

NEUDE isn't a founder's side project — it's the product of 23+ years spent understanding how fit, structure, and proportion shape confidence. Eric Niemand is an Emmy-nominated fashion stylist whose retail clients have included Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Victoria's Secret, and whose celebrity clientele has spanned Beyoncé, Gisele Bündchen, Tamron Hall, and Lucy Liu, among many others.

That's the same story arc that's made recent DTC raises compelling to investors — a founder whose expertise is the moat. NEUDE is built on the singular insight that only two decades inside luxury fashion could produce: menswear has been engineered for performance, but never truly designed.

The product

NEUDE's signature support system — an anatomical front pouch and integrated lift — is engineered to move naturally with the body, built from 94% MicroModal, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, and manufactured responsibly in Turkey. It's positioned at the white space on the competitive map: premium enough to sit beside Tom Ford and CDLP, functional enough to compete with Saxx and Tommy John. Nobody else owns both halves of that story.

Traction: validation, then a foundation for scale

1. 2023 — Kickstarter funded in 10 days, validating consumer demand out of the gate; brand launch at Art Basel Miami; secured The Webster Miami as an exclusive early retail partner
2. 2024–2025 — Built the product, operations, and manufacturing foundation required for real scale; launched on Amazon for national distribution
3. 2026 — Locked in long-term production in Turkey and introduced NEUDE to international buyers and wholesale partners at Pitti Uomo
4. 2027 (target) — North American sales team and a European showroom

The team

Eric isn't building this alone. Diego Rosa (Commercial) introduced Nudie Jeans to the North American market and helped establish Want Agency as a leading U.S. luxury showroom. Josue Asselin (Production) led apparel manufacturing at Ralph Lauren, GAP, and Banana Republic, with sourcing relationships across Portugal, Italy, Turkey, and Asia. Brian Geraghty (Operations/Logistics) founded two ecommerce platforms and now runs NEUDE's fulfillment and systems. Ryan Lombart (PR/Communications) brings 15+ years building premium fashion brands through storytelling and influencer partnerships. Every function an early apparel brand needs to scale is already staffed by someone who's done it before.

The vision

Every category NEUDE adds — trunks, socks, swim, tees, sweats — increases wardrobe share without diluting premium positioning. The long-term ambition is the one every category-defining apparel brand shares: become the default name investors and consumers associate with men's essentials, the way Skims became that name for women.

The ask

NEUDE is raising $500,000 via SAFE (minimum investment $50,000), at an $8M post-money valuation cap with a 20% discount — an 18–24 month bridge to a metrics-backed Seed round. The funds are earmarked precisely: $180K into inventory and production, $150K into team and operations, $100K into marketing and brand building, and $70K into commercial expansion. The 18-month target: $900K–$1.2M in revenue, 30%+ repeat purchase, 10–15 premium wholesale accounts, and positive contribution margin.

The insight has been proven. The product is built. The team is in place. This is the round that funds the scale-up.
