Hello Oodles Stakeholders,

With Yr 2017 behind us, we wanted to do a review of Oodles Corporation and the "Oodles - Deals & Events" app.  Please consider this our Yr 2017 annual summary report to stakeholders with an interest in Oodles Corporation.

Initial Pitch Deck (Summer 2017)

It was in July ’17 that we commenced the seed fundraising round for the company, approximately six months ago.  Please refer to the PDF embedded in the following link — https://wefunder.com/oodles. Key milestones

• ~1,000 students @ the University of Oregon with app @ end of the prior school year

• iOS version of app in market

July ’17

• Kicked off Seed fundraising via Wefunder

August ’17

• California State University - Chico launched (2nd University on app)

• Android version of app launched

• Seed fundraising goal achieved

September ’17

• Returned to University of Oregon - Eugene for new school year

• Facebook integration into app achieved

• Fundraising campaign completed & closed

October ’17

Key milestones

• 1st Vendor Day successfully completed

• Weekly redemption of deals by students @ vendors achieved

• New UI research for product development efforts completed

November ’17

Key milestones

• Daily redemption of deals by students @ multiple vendors achieved

• New UI launched

• Initial set of vendor annual contracts signed & revenue generation initiated

• Hundreds of favorable student reviews across combination of iOS & Google Play app stores
