Turchetti's Salumeria

New accounts, new hires, and Rev Indy next week!

Lots happening at Turchetti’s right now — here’s a quick update:

🚀 $132,850 raised from 62 investors!

We’re upgrading our financials with the SEC right now, which will take a few weeks to finalize. For transparency, this keeps our Wefunder cap where it is for now — but there’s still room to get in if you’ve been thinking about it.

🛒 First Indy grocery account since closing the shop!

We’re about to land on shelves at Needler’s Fresh Market in downtown Indianapolis — our first retail pickup in Indy since closing the restaurant and butcher shop last September. Feels good to be back in local retail.

👨‍🏭 Hiring for production!

We’ve started looking for our first production hires and bringing on a sales intern to help keep up with demand.

🥩 Rev Indy + 10-foot charcuterie board (and tickets!)

Next Saturday (May 3rd), we’ll be back at Rev Indy at Epicurean Village, Table 4, with a 10-foot charcuterie board stacked with Turchetti’s meats.

We’ve been part of Rev every year as Turchetti’s — and I’ve personally been involved since before founding the company.

I’ve got a pair of premier tickets I’m giving away at random — preference to anyone who’s backed us here on Wefunder. If you’re local and want to go, reply and let me know.

🎨 New label designs in the works

Finalizing new label designs and USDA approvals — our first major overhaul in 6-7 years.

These will:

  • Color code our products
  • Add nutritional panels across the lineup
  • Include QR codes that link to our website for more info and education on each product

🙌 Want to help us grow?

Know a spot where you’d love to see Turchetti’s on the shelf?

  • Shoot us an email at orders@turchettis.com
  • Go into your local shop and ask for our products by name
  • Or just reply here and let’s chat

Every intro, every ask — it all helps.

As always, if you’ve got questions or want to chat, reach out anytime!
