Week One Update: $44K Raised, New Product Launch & Big Momentum

Hey everyone —

Today marks one week since launching our Wefunder, and I just want to say how genuinely grateful I am for the support so far.

In seven days, we’ve raised $44,800 from people who believe in better meat and better business. That’s more than half of our first $75,000 milestone, which is just the start of a larger raise that will help us scale production, grow our team, and bring premium salami and deli meats to more tables across the country.

Some exciting wins this week:

  • New Product Drop: We just released our first ever 3oz sliced salami — starting with our Pepperoni — available now on our website and shipping nationwide.
  • New Product Photos: Our pal, Sheehan, helped us get some new shots of our salami products - dropping on the website soon!
  • Local Love: We were featured in the IndyStar and made the headline of IndyToday’s newsletter.
  • Traction with Investors: We’ve had dozens of conversations, welcomed in new backers, and are actively connecting with folks who want to be part of building something real.

We’re still looking for our lead community investor — that first big backer from the crowd who wants to help kick this off in a meaningful way. If that sounds like you, or someone you know, I’d love to talk.
