Hi Rajiv, I have taken two companies public so I have quite a lot of experience with this. Normally, once our companies grow to a certain size, we either take them public or we look for a buy out. If in the meantime a shareholder wants to cash out we should be able to find a private buyer.

I very much believe that this will be a successful venture, The boardwalk needs something like this plus there are big opportunities for catering and on-demand delivery. We have colleges and high school near us that are perfect for delivery. You can imagine that hot dogs have one of the highest margins of any food item.
