What happens to my investment capital if Woods decides not to open the San Anselmo restaurant? I would be investing in not only Woods, but in the longevity of the restaurant in my community and it's potential for my and other investors ROI (use of the restaurant).

Hi David, We are absolutely committed to opening our brewpub & distillery restaurant in San Anselmo. The owner of the commercial space at 647 San Anselmo Ave is one of our oldest (and favorite!) investors. I can't imagine a scenario in which we would decide not to pursue this project. We've already begun prep work and our building permit will be issued any day now. We can't wait to open our doors to the community! Best, Jim
