Hi! Thank you so much for your response! We would love to expand outside of CA and that is in our long term plan as well. Do you have a specific location you are thinking of in particular? We're always looking for new ideas to get Winston Pies to more people!

Once funding has been secured, how do you plan to give investors a ROI? Will there be annual dividends or profit sharing?

Hi! Thanks for your question! We plan to use the funding to continue scaling the business. After we reach certain profitability milestones and we have excess cash, the ROI to investors can either come in the form of dividends/distributions, and/or when we sell the business and investors have an opportunity to exit at (hopefully) a substantial multiple on their initial investment.
