The fund will invest in a set of YC W23 companies listed on this page.

Overview

Y Combinator is the most prestigious startup accelerator in the world. It has funded 3.5k+ companies, including Airbnb, Stripe, Cruise, DoorDash, Coinbase, Dropbox, Instacart, Quora, Reddit, and Twitch. YC interviews and selects two batches of companies per year. The combined valuation of all YC companies nears $1T.

LPs in the fund will get access to multiple deals across different industries part of the W23 batch of YC.

Access and Companies

One of the key advantages of investing in the W23 Capitalize Fund is the team's reputation with Y Combinator companies.

  2. We'll make decisions to maximize the value of the funds with the aim of providing the best returns for investors.
  3. We will invest thoughtfully, providing founders with the best experience, as we have always done.

We will email LPs periodic performance updates on our investments asynchronously. We will send updates at least once per quarter and provide information on the status of the fund’s portfolio companies.

The fund charges 10% carry, and does not take management fees.

The minimum investment is $5,000.
