Platform Enhancement
Healthcare workers deserve better tools. Full stop. That's why we're prioritizing building out a mobile-first experience that will work as hard as they do. We’re also working to make our matching system smarter, and streamlining our credential management system to save facilities even more time.
Infrastructure Built to Scale
Healthcare regulations vary state by state. Our next phase of development tackles this head-on. We're enhancing our verification system to handle multiple state requirements simultaneously. Major hospital networks need seamless integration. We're building those bridges now.
Strategic Geographic Expansion
We’ve proven our model in California, which has given us the foothold to expand to other states. We’re currently targeting major healthcare hubs across the country, which means we’ll need to adapt our platform to meet the local needs of the markets we’re entering.
Growth Through Education
We’re thinking long-term, which means building sustainable talent pipelines today. Our partnerships with healthcare education institutions and clinical rotation programs are growing. We're building a dedicated sales team to support the facility onboarding that comes with this growth.
