It has been quite some time since we posted an update. The reason for this is that we are continuing to talk to potential investors and lenders to secure the combination of equity investment and affordable debt that we need to complete the construction of the food hall building.

In the meantime, Goldfinch and The Livery CoWork are both up and running in the adjacent buildings. If you are in the neighborhood, please come by and see us.
