Hello all!  Happy Spring!!

It’s been a wild ride, but we are finally on the home stretch of construction and being open to the public!  We anticipate a soft opening targeted for Friday, May 8. For those wishing to visit, we are located at 760 Montauk Highway in Water Mill, NY.

Some great news I’m excited to share is that investment repayments will begin on June 6. With a second payment initiated on August 10, and final repayment taking place as scheduled on September 15, 2025.

Thank you all for standing with us through the difficult times of 2024.  Your support is what was enabled us to get through. I’m really looking forward to finally getting our doors open next month. Looking forward to sharing progress pics with you all starting next week!
