An Important Letter to Our WeFunder Investors

Investors, we owe you a huge debt of gratitude.

Because of you, we’re on the cusp of welcoming our first guests at Skyridge. The units are built, the screw pile foundations are in the ground, and the pre-opening marketing campaign is in full swing.

We’re closing this pre-revenue community round on April 30. This update is the start of our final push.

We request that you read it in full. It’s our most important one yet.

First, some good news.

Based on 5 weeks of advertising data, our first 5 units at Skyridge Glamping are on track to generate $100,000+ USD of booking receipts before opening.   

Many of you indicated a desire to invest further once we had booking data to show. We now have leading indicators for that data.

If you were considering increasing your investment, you have 36 days left to do it on the existing terms.

To stay on track to welcome first guests by June, we need to raise another $200,000 by the time this round closes on April 30th.

This is our case for investing further.

The Skyridge Opening

It’s always been critical that Skyridge Glamping is a success. A strong launch provides the springboard for raising institutional capital and hitting our growth targets.

Thankfully, all data points towards a successful opening for our units at Skyridge.

Our Skyridge rev-share partners opened 10 resort-owned units on the property in January. Posh has no revenue share agreement on these, and they were launched with virtually no marketing. Yet word spread quickly, and occupancy rose from 17% in January, to mid-30% in February and March (traditional quieter seasons).

Now Posh’s Sky Glass units are preparing to open after a carefully planned paid advertising campaign, funded by our partners.

This is where it gets exciting.



As of March 25th, we have 457 “Skyridge VIPs.” They paid $35 for access to the booking calendar before it goes public, and discounts on multi-night stays (as investors, you’ll have access to the same perks as Skyridge VIPs).

Current trajectory indicates we’ll have 800 VIPs when we open the booking calendar (planned for late April if our opening date stays on track). Based on similar campaigns, a typical VIP-to-booking conversion range is 10-15%.

At a conversion rate of 10%, we’d be on track to generate pre-opening booking receipts of $100,000 USD. At 15%, pre-opening booking receipts should approach $150,000.   

This is amazing news for Skyridge. But it goes beyond that.

You see, with this VIP launch method, we feel we’ve cracked the code. It’s an incredible way of launching outdoor resorts like ours. We plan to roll it out at every Posh location. And at future sites, we’ll have the luxury of running a much longer campaign, which should result in multiples of our Skyridge results.

The list of potential locations is stellar. After placing another 5 units at Skyridge in late 2025, partnership candidates include Albertan ski resorts, a historic hotel in North Carolina, a wedding venue in Vermont, and an oceanfront property in the Florida Keys. 

We believe the opportunities are endless for Posh Outdoors.

Now allow us to make one final pitch.

Why Invest Further?

Please don’t invest more funds if you’re not in a position to.

This is addressed to those who can comfortably do more. Perhaps you invested because you believed in the vision, but held something back because you wanted to see results.

If you’re one of those people, this is the time to double down. 

You made your initial bet without knowing your hand. Now you’ve seen the cards, and the odds have improved. 

The more we raise, the faster we can scale. We want to send 5 more units to Skyridge before the end of the year. And we plan to launch at least three more resorts in 2026. We’ll have a portfolio of resorts that you made a reality.

As this WeFunder round draws to a close, we’re campaigning hard to finish strong. We expect one final rush of new investors before the deadline on April 30th.

But you’re already here. You believed in us from the beginning. 

You’re the reason we’ve gone from $0 in outside capital and no units built, to more than $500k raised in the community round, 5 mirror cabins ready to go, and an expected 6-figure launch.

That’s why we want to be sure you get as much upside as possible.
