Here's an interesting insight from California's healthcare staffing landscape: traditional hiring models are shifting faster than anyone predicted.

While most healthcare facilities still rely on traditional agencies that take weeks to fill positions, our boots in the ground are seeing a different pattern emerge. 

We’re specifically seeing an industry that’s ready for change across the 19 California hospitals and 21 educational institutions we’ve partnered with. Arguably, this scale of adoption would not have been possible just a few years ago. 

The biggest lever driving this change (which we’ve heard repeatedly from administrators) is that conventional 45-60 day hiring cycles are no longer sustainable.

Healthcare facilities are actively seeking alternatives like SHIFTit to source healthcare professionals faster, more efficiently, and more cost-effectively. 

Case in point: we recently partnered with the California Association of Healthcare Facilities to present SHIFTit to their network of 1,200 facilities.
