We’re excited to share an update on Revival Tea Company’s progress in 2024 and our vision for 2025.

This past year was about laying the groundwork for sustainable growth. We streamlined our product lineup, made key infrastructure upgrades, and focused on operational efficiencies to strengthen our foundation. Despite these adjustments, we still achieved $1.2M in revenue, growing 9% year-over-year—a testament to the resilience of our brand and team. This included a strong finish to the year with our biggest December and biggest Q4 ever, setting the stage for the new year.

2025 will be about taking bold, calculated steps forward. With a focus on scaling our e-commerce presence, driving growth through Amazon, and launching our first outbound sales strategy in wholesale, we’re building momentum to achieve profitability by Q4 and set the stage for long-term expansion.

2024: Building Strength for Long-Term Growth

In 2024, we made deliberate choices to ensure we’re ready for the next phase of our journey:

  • Streamlining Operations: We evaluated our product lineup and removed underperforming SKUs to improve efficiency and focus.
  • Infrastructure Upgrades: Outsourcing our shipping operations and optimizing our supply chain allowed us to increase margins without compromising quality.
  • Wholesale Growth: Wholesale was our fastest-growing channel in 2024, achieving remarkable success without any outbound sales efforts.
  • Amazon Expansion: We launched our own Amazon storefront, delivering a strong performance that has set the stage for significant growth in 2025.
  • E-Commerce Optimization: A complete website overhaul doubled our conversion rate, making e-commerce one of our most promising growth channels moving forward.

Additionally, we expanded our leadership team, welcoming Balaji Subramanian (CFO) and Bryan Gaynor (CMO). Their expertise has been instrumental in refining our strategies and driving operational excellence.



2025: A Clear Path Forward

In 2025, we’re focused on unlocking growth across three key channels:

  1. E-Commerce:
  2. With the foundation of our optimized website, we’re scaling pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns responsibly to drive traffic and conversions. E-commerce will be a critical driver as we aim for broader customer reach.
  3. Amazon:
  4. Building on our 2024 progress, we’re investing in Amazon as a significant revenue driver. Our strategy includes better product positioning, enhanced storefront features, and targeted advertising to capture a larger market share.
  5. Wholesale:
  6. We’re launching our first-ever outbound sales initiative to add more wholesale partners and capitalize on the strong demand we’ve seen from this channel.

Looking Ahead: Focused on Profitability and Expansion

Our top-line revenue goal for 2025 is $1.8M, with profitability expected by Q4. Through thoughtful channel growth and operational discipline, we’re paving the way for sustained success. As we scale e-commerce, Amazon, and wholesale, we are also paving a path to $5M in top-line revenue in the coming years, while ensuring we remain profitable.

Once these growth strategies mature, we’ll evaluate the next stage of Revival Tea Company: opening new stores to elevate our brand’s presence even further.

With over $527,513 raised on Wefunder from 273 investors, we’re well on our way to hitting our $1M goal by the April 29th close. This funding has been instrumental in supporting our growth and positioning Revival Tea as a leader in the U.S. tea market.
