I just returned from an unforgettable visit to Spokane, where I spent two days immersed in the heart of what makes Revival Tea Company so special: our people.

From connecting with our incredible leadership team to visiting our stores, talking with our amazing team members, and hosting out-of-town guests, I was blown away. Seeing old faces and witnessing the passion and dedication of our Spokane team filled me with so much gratitude. One thing that truly stood out: ownership.

Our people have stepped up, fully embracing their roles, their impact, and our vision. They are absolutely crushing it—and doing so with heart and love for what we’re building together.

At our annual board meeting, we reflected on 2024—a year of many wins and a few lessons learned. Together, we mapped out an exciting and ambitious plan for 2025.

What excites me most isn’t just the goals we’ve set—it’s the people driving them forward. This group isn’t just impressive on paper; it’s made up of incredible humans deeply committed to leading the revolution of tea in the U.S. and beyond.

Leaving Spokane, I felt overwhelmed with gratitude for the journey we’re on and the amazing people I get to share it with.
