You may have noticed that in my last update I referred to our platform as Traq.ai rather than Traq365.com. When we first started developing the Traq platform, our focus was on organizing and managing sales information, and specifically sales conversations.

Over the past year we have evolved, opting to enhance our platform with far more artificial intelligence capabilities. Now, AI is embedded into everything we do, from transcription to summarization and from sentiment analysis to our proprietary Traq score.

We’re confident that our new and improved AI makes Traq.ai a better tool than anything currently available — and the most powerful platform to help sales teams improve their performance. We have changed our technology name from Traq365.com to Traq.ai to highlight our new, advanced capabilities. We have updated our website which can now be found at http://Traq.ai
