CoPeace PBC has invested heavily in creating the foundation for a transformational ESG-driven holding company. Honestly, this not an easy task and we have been receiving national and international press on how we have successfully navigated the regulatory, financial/audit, and legal challenges.
Our current portfolio was carefully crafted and is looking good. In our early stages, our track record is critical to building trust with our stakeholder community. By choosing green, sustainable infrastructure companies and impact-driven services are both proving sophisticated Head + Heart + Math approach shows excellent potential, in impact and financial growth.
One of the things I feel we have not communicated well is the successful history and track record of our incredible team... Did you know that Ed and I were part of the team that literally changed the game and created the virtual yellow line in American football (and was valued over $100 million)? Did you know that Meg, Jim and I ran international sports events and helped grow company revenues from $1 million to over $9 million in a span of a few years? Did you know our (literally) genius financial analyst, Jacob, has been published in several review journals and also created the code for our new, proprietary VIBE™ measurement system? Did you know our amazing CIO, Hanan, swam internationally and collegiately at Yale and has successfully started several ventures achieving significant funding? Did you know our Board and Advisors (Sarah E., Brad, Komathi, Dez, Jeff, Jed, Sarah J., Graeme, Meryl, Ryhaan, Robert, Eric N., Delise, Betsy, and Edmund are nationally recognized (Emmy winning, NIH awarded, Authors, former CEO's, etc.) and that CoPeace is committed to at least 50% women in both groups? Did you know Aarti, Lindsay, Leigh, Ken, Emma, and Eric J. have all contributed in deep and meaningful ways harnessing their incredible experiences? Our friends and family who followed along in our successful ventures know this, but having been part of so many entrepreneurial efforts, I personally know it is all about the team and wanted to share that a bit (which makes this update a bit longer than I initially intended...)!!
