We knock this out of the park on:

- Food for the grid
- Job creation/stability
- Return on investment
It all started with the pain point of hauling enormous amounts of liquid manure and that terrible smell. When Russ and Chriss first approached me, to be honest, I was NOT interested! I knew the patented process we invented would work perfectly but this was a small application. To Russ/Chris's credit, they were on me like a hawk consistently, and then they said that one magic thing to me:
You know Paul if we build a facility with this technology included in it we will get a 15-yr triple-net lease. I understood the dynamics of real-estate advantages over time coupled with the guaranteed cash flow from a well-funded tenant. I was hooked! Upon further exploration, we understood that we were able to create a commodity from the process at no cost, in fact, less than cost because the cost of traditional manure removal was eliminated.
Essentially we were being paid to produce a highly valuable commodity we can market for a substantial profit. We all went from hook to in love with it! I probably should say "highly passionate" to keep it more professional.
Several investors were involved in the last round and have seen the video I am posting. I have had many reach out about how we are creating 42 farm-to-table jobs so I think the video is a quick reference to that. The Iowa Pork association came up with the figure and it is base on metrics I applied to our facility size. I had to do a bit of personal discussions recon to sort through how this facility generates commerce and its related jobs. The video shows just a few of the related jobs. On a daily basis, there are 3-4 individuals that work directly at the facility with the rest being indirect jobs.
