We are excited to announce that we are under contract for the second Stackhouse location in Denver, Colorado. This Stackhouse location is a 15 minutes walk from the Broncos’ Empower Field at Mile High and a few short blocks from Sloan’s Lake Park. With spaces for 59 container homes, we are excited to bring the Stackhouse community to Colorado.

Our building plans are currently being reviewed by the City of Denver and we hope to begin construction in Q2 2021.

The Tucson location is still under development; we are working with the City of Tucson on our building plans and other associated applications. The Real Estate industry varies from city to city, and timelines can be affected by local changes so it is in the best interest of our company and our future residents to work on multiple locations at the same time. While we still hope to complete Tucson first, our experience in Denver has given us greater confidence that larger markets, where new housing is prioritized, will not need to see a completed development in a smaller market before approving our design.
