We had a wonderful collaboration at the cidery last Saturday with a decidedly New Mexican flavor. Both Mijos Salsa and Cocina Barelas were on site with delicious items available for sanitary, social distanced pick-up.  

I’ve been asked how we’re doing with the stadiums not allowing attendance. It's certainly much more quiet in the neighborhood but our regulars have been showing up for to-go (plus their hearts). Also, being so close to the I-90/I-5 interchange makes us very attractive for Seattle pick-ups. We've had Cold Crash Brewing in before and will also actively look for other pop-up partnerships.

Pop-ups give us the opportunity to bring fresh faces into our space and show off our delicious cider! Sales were great and it was the 2nd best day we’ve had since Covid. I’m off to make more cider!
