For the last couple of weeks we have been a bit quiet as we established our RegD and moved investors over. 

Now that we have made more room for both RegCF and RegD investors we are preparing to close our round in early October.

Our team suggested I close it on Oct 12th, my birthday.  And I typically listen to them because they are brilliant!

There are some really exciting things in the works and we hit the investment thresholds required for me to make a few key hires towards revenue growth. I started the process today and will share the announcement very soon!
