We are excited to announce Graham Pechenik has joined Radix Motion as our legal advisor. Graham is an experienced IP lawyer who will be helping us go from patent pending to a full patent on our tech. Graham will also be using legal means to make sure our users' data remains protected no matter what happens to the company in the future. We have full intentions to grow Radix Motion to a sustainable company and IPO in the future but if we do get acquired or have the board remove us from company leadership we want to make sure that our vision of aligning our company with our users' well being and protecting their movement data is maintained.

Graham heard me speak at a conference and connected wanting to help. He believes so much in what we are doing that he is willing to forgo the usual lawyer fees and be compensated by receiving Radix Motion options. This will allow us to get excellent legal work while maintaining low operational costs.
