Its been a while since we updated.  Being at the epicenter of the covid-19 crisis have been challenging. When the first cases arose in the NYC area, we immediately saw the effects with bars and restaurants closings,  farmers markets virtually empty and our sales plunging. However, we were able to stay open  as our distillery is considered an essential business, which led us to pivot in two ways. First, distilleries in New York State were given permission to ship directly to consumers within New York State and we set up our one line store. Second, we decided to switch our production to hand sanitizer to aid in the fight against covid-19. We donate the hand sanitizer to first responders and non-profit organizations that provide meals and kits to families. We also sell the hand sanitizer online to consumers, businesses and retail outlets like grocery chains, and pharmacies.
