Go For Vertical in the New Year: We're Going Big.

Happy Belated New Year to all of our friends and investors! Edward Cruz, Go For Vertical Founder and CEO with some news and updates that I'm excited to share with you.

First and foremost, we have officially launched our new programming in Phoenix, and it's starting to gain some serious interest from the market. We took the last six months while we were running our first program here in partnership with The CO+HOOTS Foundation to learn what was really needed in the market, and it seems like we've hit the nail right on the head.

Phoenix is on the cusp of becoming a major tech hub, but there is what I call the "missing middle" -- there are great foundational programs for startups like SeedSpot, Venture Devils (from Arizona State University) and others, but once startups graduate, they are basically stuck in neutral. Only a handful can make it across the great divide to get rounds of investment and begin to grow and scale.

Fortunately, this is exactly what Go For Vertical does: we deliver the capability for early stage startups to build technology and go to market. We've done it successfully in Tucson for years, and have now brought that same critical capability where we can serve many of the 450-500 estimated early stage startups in the Phoenix market each year. We already have some of them entering our new program, in fact!

Like I said in the headline, we really are going big... But there's even more than that: in the coming weeks, we'll also be opening satellite offices in Silicon Valley, Austin, and Washington DC. We already have a small presence in each of those locations, and want to build it into something much bigger, so we can serve even more startups, both in those markets and nearby emerging ones like we have in Tucson and Phoenix.

So your investment in us is how we will continue down this path. We're incredibly excited to be on it, and really appreciate your support in what we are doing.

Here's to a happy and successful new year for everyone! We'll keep you posted on how it all goes.

Best,

Edward
