This week the NCAA recently came out with official documentation that clearly states platforms that allow student athletes to monetize their name, image, and likeness must be completely separate from the institutions.

The indirect competitors we have listed throughout our investor documentation are currently in violation of that ruling by having contracts with the institutions, giving Curastory huge advantage.
