Hi, John! Piggy-backing on Megan's response here (she is the yin to my yang!). The discount rate is 80%, and we will have detailed financials available on here once we complete the back end process on the platform. For now, I can share that we are pre-revenue and carry $157,500 in current assets with a cash burn of roughly $32K/month. We expect sales to begin in April, 2023. Thanks!

Is 253,600 enough to start production and run for the first year? I am assuming it’s not. How much would you need ?

Correct- this raise is for the initial run we need to submit to the FDA; for full commercial production run, raw material costs for 2023/24, and product launch, we will need $1.5M. If that next raise is something you’re interested in discussing, please feel free to reach out!

Diapers are really interesting, and our cofounder helped develop Pampers…I’ve even taken some diaper classes :). Diapers aren’t in the current plan for Trace, but maybe in the future!!!
