Within the past eight weeks, we validated interests from conference and event organizers and built our sales pipeline.

First with national focus and soon all over the world.​ We're entering the market via the MICE industry, which is short for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events.

Our current sales funnel has a closed deal value of €75,000, with several more close to converting.

The economics of TINY SPACE

We have two models to rent a TINY SPACE: Daily and monthly rent. At 25k production cost per TINY SPACE we expect in either model an amortization withon 9-10 months. Evan faster if we rent more than 3 days per month on average.
