We're poised to transform the industry through wellness-focused indie brand retailers, using an omnichannel approach that includes subscription boxes, wellness spas, hotels, and both online and offline retail.

Initially, revenue will come from direct-to-consumer website sales, with plans to expand into prestige spas and boutique beauty retailers. We'll drive retail velocity and customer loyalty with a robust omnichannel strategy, focusing on efficient major retail entry in later phases. Each phase will be supported by strong PR and influencer partnerships across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

In recent years, several retailers approached us, but with only 20% of beauty brands achieving long-term success, we chose not to rush in with a small product line. Now, three years later, we're fully prepared with the right products and team.

Rather than starting with major retailers like Sephora or Douglas and being bound by exclusivity agreements, we've opted for a strategic approach. We'll begin with smaller retailers to validate our concept.
