A 'priced round' is an equity-based investment in which there is a defined pre-money valuation (whereas in this WeFunder round we have a 'valuation cap' on the SAFE note) so that each unit of the company (we are an LLC so we have units instead of shares) has a pre-money value assigned to it. The number of units (we are an LLC so we have units instead of shares) you'll own when the note converts to equity will yes, be determined by how much you invest here. The number of units you will own will be equal to: (your investment here)/($2,500,000, or the valuation cap on our WeFunder Safe note). What that means with respect to percent ownership will depend upon our valuation during the next priced fundraising round.
