Our domestic wholesale revenue demonstrated positive growth even at the height of the pandemic in 2020, and huge growth in 2021. Bolstered by strong sales and a future-focused team, Golden Moon has emerged from the pandemic slump victorious with global aspirations and revenues projected to quadruple by 2024.

Golden Moon is harnessing the rising demand for American whiskey both domestically and abroad. Currently distributed in 14+ US markets and various foreign markets, including the UK, Germany, Norway, Denmark, Italy, and Taiwan with exciting results. Golden Moon was named 2019’s “Distillery of the Year” by the American Distilling Institute, and Best Distillery in Colorado in 2016 and again in 2020. Their collection of accolades—both domestic and international—includes numerous medals at prestigious industry competitions, such as the International Wine and Spirits Competition and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Golden Moon’s spirits have won over a dozen medals in major international spirits competitions and numerous other accolades since 2009. These include numerous medals at both the International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC), and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Originally developed solely for the cocktail program at Golden Moon Speakeasy. Gun Fighter has emerged as a premium 100 proof line of Bourbon and Rye whiskies that are sold in 16 U.S Markets and a variety of European markets. These whiskies have won a variety of awards and recommendations throughout the spirits world.

Recent accolades include our Double Cask Bourbon being named a “Best Buy” by American Whiskey Magazine and our “Gun Fighter13” Bourbon winning a Golden Medal at The San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Colorado is Malt Country and Golden Moon has developed uniquely malt-forward whiskies, using a proprietary mashing process and locally malted barley. Everyone of Golden Moon’s Colorado Single Malts has won major awards, including Gold or Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Each spirit is handcrafted with an eye on traditional distilling methods, but with Golden Moon’s own twist. The process starts with the best available ingredients. Our spirits are then distilled in a combination of antique and custom built stills.
