Thank you for your question! The proceeds are distributed pro rata among all investors. It is possible that not all investors will come through Wefunder. Each investment we make will be customized to the particular situation. However, all investments will be designed to throw off cash in the form of interest or dividends. We are not relying on acquisitions of our investees for returns, but if this happens it will be a bonus!

1) Yes, the intention is that principal plus interest will be paid back by year 8. 2) N/A 3) We have received a commitment from Kat Taylor for a $50,000 donation toward the loan loss reserve. We will continue to seek charitable funds for the loan loss reserve. Our goal is to have a minimum of 20% coverage by the reserve (i.e. $200,000 reserve for a $1 million dollar fund). Of course there is no guarantee at this point that we will be able to raise that amount.

You're offering 95% of fund proceeds by year 8. But it's very likely the proceeds would be minimal by then since such ventures take long years before become profitable. If I'm missing something, please explain.

The profitability of the investees may not affect the ability of the fund to generate proceeds depending on the terms.
