Edwin has been featured in national media & trade journals, characterized by many as a pure entrepreneur. He has served in many corporate leadership and consulting roles, including Founder, President, CEO and Marketing Director.
The small farmer used to be the backbone of our economy and culture, but many have been left behind. It is our mission to support them while offering fresh ingredients and better tasting food.
From franchise giant Subway to fast-casual start-up Smashburger, Angela has held many restaurant leadership positions in her career. Most recently she led CRM account teams at Panera and Brinker to drive growth and further digital transformation.
Jim SmithFarmer, Founding Member of Farmers Cow, LLC, Board
Jim manages the daily operations of Cushman Farm, his family farm, now home to 3200 dairy cows. He also oversees 36 employees and 2700 acres of feed for the cows. He is the Chairman of the Board for The Farmers Cow, LLC
