Hi Brandon, yes, the repayment will be based on the net revenues of both the production and tap room revenues. Salea of Product income is the total dollar amount coming in from cider being sold in kegs. In 2017 I signed with a distributor in the hopes they would significantly boost sales, unfortunately, they did not (as you can see!). I'm currently on the hunt for a new distributor to help expand sales.

“Net Revenues” means all of the Borrower’s cash receipts, less returns, discounts and shipping costs, from all sales of any kind. in 2017 you made 65K. 5% is just over 3K. it would take years to pay back at ~3K a quarter.

Hi Daniel, those are all past sales and yes, it would take a long time if we planned to cease growth. However, we project net revenues to be significantly higher with the opening of the tap house.

What are those projections? Any way to display the financial docs in the raise instead of having to "fake" invest and then find the documents? This raise has little to no information in the main wefunder page so that is concerning. Transparency is key.

Hi Meenakshi, absolutely! We're planning to not only increase sales through a new distributor, but also increase net revenue through direct to consumer sales at the new tap house.

After the full re-payment, investors won't have an ownership interest in the company, right? In other words, the crow-funding would be closer to a loan than an investment.
