Hi, Cynthia. Please refer to our campaign page for the terms of the SAFE. The $8M valuation cap was determined based on a multiple of current and projected revenue. While we don't have direct competitors, we do compete with the broader food media landscape. The company has been bootstrapped for 10 years with no outside investment and the cap table consists Founder Kerry Diamond and CEO Kate Miller Spencer.
