What's the estimated payout per quarter?

Hi! We are hoping to do $200k-$250k sales a month, so 5% of $600k gets spread among all the investors according to the investment amount :-)

Is the payout based on the revenue from just the new location or from both the locations?

Hi it’ll be just for the new location. The old location will be turned into a pop up incubator just to cover the rent and utilities on that location.

in the 5 year projection spreadsheet, I do not see a line item for the cash flow for the payout to the investors. Where is that included?

Hi Sam thank you for your question! It was not included in the projections because the projection was made before we moved forward with the WeFunder campaing. The payout is solely based on sales, and it's 5%, and I think WeFunder pays out quarterly.

Hello thank you! We are hoping it’ll be 5-6 years after we open the door. We are projecting to do 2 million annually and 5% of sales goes back to the repayment.

While more and more Japanese restaurants are popping up across the Bay Area, the traditional Japanese breakfast set remains one of the most elusive offerings around.
