Hello Bernadette, Thank you for your interest. At $1000, you will purchase 20 shares at $50 each. When the company raises another round of funding, more likely from institutional investors at a higher valuation. You can choose to sell your shares at the higher price and the difference will be your profit. Hello Tribe, A retail chain in the Midwest just approved Caribbrew as a vendor for next year. This will expand our distribution to 300-350 locations! Hello all! Thank you to those who have invested. The goal is $500,000, and I believe we can reach that number. You will be an early investor in Caribbrew by participating in this raise. As an early investor you come at better terms and lower valuation then future investors. You will be able to make money later on by selling your shares to new investors in a subsequent raise, or if the company gets acquired or goes public. Although we cannot (legally) promise a return, we see many growth opportunities in the foreseeable future. For example, we are getting ready to hit some retail chains at the end of the year and early next year. These opportunities can 4x our current revenue from $500,000 yearly to $2 millions.
