Gillian has built an impressive career in food creating dozens of food spaces; including her own successful stores. She's crafted an award-winning fried chicken recipe that has been featured on the Food Network and voted one of New York's best.
We are among those 14 million diners who are disappointed by fast food fried chicken. Our chicken has beaten Bobby Flay, is loved by Guy Fieri.
