After years working for other bar, restaurant and club owners, my dream is to open and create my very own vision. Something really different. I have so many years of experience in the industry. The main thing I took away from working for other bar owners? What not to do! Second, one of our key ingredients will be building a community based venue where the guest experience is our number one priority. Part of our goal is to go out of our way to build an experience where the guest can't wait to come back and tells their friends. Our first venue will be our testing ground. Once we have proven the concept we plan on re-creating the model in multiple cities.

   
Adrian Curran  Adrian has years of experience in the bar and restaurant industry. After graduating high school, he started at the low level of barback at a major NYC night club. Quickly learning to bartend, he bartended at over 15 different bars and restaurants. Later, he went on to be the youngest Maître’ d at a popular NYC restaurant. Even though he was building an event planning business, it was this industry that has kept in the game throughout the years. In some form, he has bartended, managed, promoted and work in the bar/restaurant industry for over 30 years. Most recently, he has been on the management team at Blue Martini. Welcome to Zoomer's Cabaret. A unique, interactive concept in a bar/restaurant outing. The friendliest bar in town. Zoomer's main theme is one of “feeling like you're part of the experience” as opposed to an observer. Based around a raised, center stage (with an intimate feel) nightly you will find some form of entertainment. Our restaurant will be open nightly. What makes Zoomer's unique.

One of the main things we realized that is missing for so many venues is, a sense of familiarity and community. We all remember Cheers. "Where everyone knows your name". People love being recognized and feeling like they are part of the community. A key ingredient we will strive for is building a strong sense of familiarity. Our staff will be trained in recognizing regulars and making them feel special. We are not kidding. We really are going for different. Our staff will be expert in friendliness and interacting with guests. Here is one small example of a creative idea to bring back customers regularly and giving them an opportunity to do something different. Once a month we will host "Rotating dinner. Meet new friends. " Guests can pre-register and come alone or with a guest. After introductions, guests will rotate on every course. Making new connections and enjoying tantalizing menu items or even a wine tasting. Our host will be on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly and guests have a memorable experience. Luckily we already have many other fun and interactive ideas ready to launch. Here's some examples:

• We plan on hosting a musician's networking open mic night on Mondays.
• We plan on hosting a monthly, business networking event, once a month on a Thursday.
• We plan on hosting a 4 week "Palm Beach has talent" show twice a year on Tuesdays. Yup. Just like the show. With a grand finale party on a Saturday.
• We plan on hosting a "Cinema night" once a month on Sundays' With giant screen, sound popcorn, hollywood theme the works. Guests will vote on movie choices online.
• We plan on hosting a "family fun day" twice a year on a Saturday afternoon. Featuring our guests and their kiddies. Discounted family menu, face painter, balloons and all the other kid friendly entertainment.

The live music experience.

We propose great drinks and dining within an always creative, live music experience. A monthly calendar will be posted on our website. Changing it up week to week and always surprising our guests with fun and innovative theme nights and live bands. Our goal is to get them looking often because we change it up so often. Keeping it fresh and exciting. Some examples: Our Sunday brunches will have a different theme weekly. Gospel brunch. Jazz brunch, Techno brunch, soul brunch etc.. Nightly themes. Outlaw country night, Dueling pianos, DJ & margarita madness, Ladies night, Beetles tribute band, 70's flashback party, civil servant night, twofer tuesdays. Theme and decor.

Décor is very important. Warm and inviting. Musical and entertainment memorabilia throughout. Pictures of the greats. Dean Martin Sinatra, Hollywood and rock legends. Classic black and white photos of the piano greats. Never going to far as to give the feel of a tourist trap “Planet Hollywood” type place. We want to be known as real local joint that caters to all. Emphasis on classy. Customers will go home and tell their friends “you have to check out ZOOMERS”. We will be known as the friendliest bar in town. A must visit because we had so much fun. There will be classic dining tables and bar seating. In addition, there will be sections with more of a lounge feel and community tables.

We plan on hiring a staff of at least 50. You'll be helping our community find a place to call home, feel like a part of a family while creating lasting relationships.
