Hi, are you all planning on remaining an LLC for tax purposes, and do you expect to become profitable any time soon?

Thanks for your questions Lucas! ZiphyCare is in the process of converting from LLC to a C-Corp and will complete this process by the end of the year. Profitability is projected between 2023-2024, but these are forward looking projections and are not guaranteed.

What is the basis for the $20M valuation, what are actual revenues?

Thanks for your question Robert! ZiphyCare retained Scalar, LLC ("Scalar") as an independent, qualified financial advisor to provide an estimation of the fair market value of ZiphyCare. Actual revenues received for 2021 were ~$150K for Jan-June although this does not reflect total booked revenue, as reimbursements from Medicare, Medicaid & other insurance plans can take 30-90 days. Expected revenue for full year 2021 is $250-$300K.

Will there be any type of Investor Advisory Board and will you be doing regular Investor updates through Zoom or other means? Can you respond on this?

Hi Robert, thanks so much for your question! We send out quarterly email updates to investors who invest $25K or more into ZiphyCare. This includes our institutional investors (VCs and angels) as well as $25K+ investors from the WeFunder or other communities. We also tend to email that group sporadically when major developments or milestones are hit, and ask them to connect us to their wider networks if we have specific asks.
