Hi Robin, our program is extremely flexible. Giant simplest variations of each of our exercises were designed to be done by someone who couldn’t even sit up and get out of bed. We’ve even been endorsed by one of the top physical therapists in our area as a great post rehab workout program. You could always give it a shot and if it doesn’t work for you just come back and try it after you’re a little bit further along.
