Memo

Victory Hemp is powering the shift to better-for-you foods with the next generation of plant protein: clean, functional, and ready for real food applications. From gluten-free bread to snack bars, shakes and much more, Victory Hemp helps consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies create products that taste better and nourish more, without compromise. Our revenue has more than doubled each of the last two years combined.

As the largest hemp heart and oil manufacturer in North America, our patented, solvent-free process unlocks the core of the crop to produce nutrient-dense ingredients used by national food brands.

While our products reach across the world, our supply chain never leaves North America — reducing emissions, shortening supply chains, and creating jobs in the communities where we live.

To meet soaring demand, we’re expanding production five-fold with a new facility that puts us on track toward $30 million in annual revenue by 2028 (not guaranteed). With $4.5 million raised to date from VCs and strategic investors including Applied Food Sciences, we’re leading the transition to hemp, a climate-tolerant, nutrient-rich crop built for the modern food system.

Victory Hemp is the clean-label protein platform CPG giants are looking for. Join us as we scale it.

The protein market has been optimized for scale, not for health. Soy, wheat, and dairy dominate the ingredient lists of most protein packaged foods, even though millions of U.S. adults have a food allergy, intolerances and sensitivity to these ingredients.

With GLP-1s on the rise, even more consumers need protein that is not over processed or filled with allergenic ingredients.

Heavily processed plant proteins offer incomplete nutrition, off flavors, terrible textures and are frequently imported through opaque, unsustainable supply chains. 1 in 3 U.S. adults experience recurring digestive symptoms like gas, bloating, and abdominal pain. Yet many of the proteins marketed as “healthy” are loaded with gums, sweeteners, and fillers.

Independent testing by the Clean Label Project on 160 top selling protein powders from 70 brands found that a whopping 47% exceeded California’s Proposition 65 threshold for toxic heavy metals such as lead and cadmium.

At the same time, farmers face limited choices. Mono-cropping systems and commodity pricing squeeze margins and deplete the land. Much of the protein and food ingredients on store shelves are imported through long, fragmented supply chains that drive up emissions, reduce transparency, and put consistency at risk.

The result is a broken food system at both ends: a production model that shortchanges farmers and a supply chain that delivers cheap calories instead of meaningful nutrition.

Consumers are demanding more from the food they consume. The rise of high-protein, clean-label, and free-from foods has reshaped the food aisle. Brands are racing to meet that demand with ingredients that are functional, nutritious, scalable, and digestible.

Victory Hemp delivers what other proteins can’t.

We’re the engine behind hemp’s breakthrough into the mainstream. Our hemp protein hearts deliver healthy fats and protein in one ingredient. By starting with the hemp heart, the nutrient dense core of the seed, we produce a smooth, neutral tasting protein and functional oil. Our ingredients help brands increase protein allocations, improve texture, and keep labels simple and familiar.

Our products contain no CBD or THC. They contain zero psychoactive compounds. We give food and beverage brands a single ingredient that supports ‘better-for-you’, ‘free-from’, and ‘food is medicine’ movements – all without sacrificing taste or performance. Our ingredients are recognized by the FDA as Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS).

We operate as a B2B ingredient supplier, working directly with food and beverage brands to integrate our protein and oil into everyday foods. Our products are in-market, chosen by food scientists looking for clean, scalable, high-functioning protein ingredients.

Our products offer an ideal 3 to 1 ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 fatty acids and are rich in essential fatty acids like ALA and SDA, all while staying very low in saturated fat. Plus, this powerful protein source naturally delivers around 70% protein with all nine essential amino acids, plus critical micronutrients like iron, magnesium, and zinc.

Hemp makes it easy to scale with existing farming equipment. The crop fits naturally into diversified crop rotations, supports soil health, and reduces input needs. By using dehulled hemp hearts instead of the whole seed, we get better taste, denser nutrition, and an allergen friendly ingredient - opening the door to more commercial food applications.

We’ve built a supply chain that reflects those values, too. It starts on North American farms and ends in our Kentucky processing facility, where we turn hemp hearts into consistent, high quality ingredients. We can trace every load back to the farm where it was grown, and we maintain full control of our process.

Our products meet rigorous consumer and corporate sustainability targets.

Our state-of-the-art facility is fully automated and certified by multiple trusted food and safety organizations. Our patented technology can run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with precision and consistency. It’s engineered for efficiency today and expansion tomorrow.

Our leadership team hails from academic institutions renowned for sustainable business practices and environmental sciences. We combine research with extensive experience from leading fast-moving consumer goods and manufacturing companies like PNC, Treehouse Foods, Conagra, Givaudan, Polycor, and DD Williams.

Clean-label and free-from foods have shifted from a niche interest to a global force. Consumers now expect organic, non-GMO, dairy-free, gluten-free, and allergen-free options that still deliver nutrition and taste. We’re pioneering the hemp protein segment inside the $400B better-for-you food market.

Our products offer complete amino acids, clean flavor, allergen-free nutrition, and regenerative single sourcing.

As major brands reformulate to meet new consumer expectations, we’re positioned to unlock the $3–5B U.S. clean label and allergen-free market opportunity. Every day our R&D department is unlocking new applications for hemp protein across snacks, bakery, beverages, and functional foods.

Our core business is built on business-to-business (B2B) enterprise contracts, supplying bulk hemp protein and oil to food manufacturers and food ingredient providers. Consistent, high-volume orders and long term contracts create a stable, recurring revenue stream.

Additionally, we operate a direct-to-consumer (DTC) line offering health-conscious consumers protein. While a smaller revenue channel, our DTC channel deepens our understanding of consumer preferences, builds brand equity, and serves as a ground for future innovation.

To meet soaring demand, onboard more enterprise customers, and grow with existing partners, we’re breaking ground on a new 25,000 sq. ft. facility in Carrollton early next year, set to be operational by early 2027.

This new facility will enable our proprietary process for continuous, mechanical de-oiling of hemp hearts with no solvents or shortcuts. The system combines advanced oilseed crushing with automation, capable of running unstaffed periods up to 64 hours.

With this new build, we’re setting the stage for operational profitability at a projected 15% EBITDA margin (not guaranteed).

Our patented manufacturing set-up allows us to expand into high-potential categories like sustainable personal care, pet nutrition, and industrial applications in the future. Beyond protein, our platform positions us for growth into adjacent markets like nutraceuticals, personal care, and sustainable biofuels with easy to use ingredients.

We see multiple pathways toward generating shareholder return. The M&A environment in the plant-based protein space is active and attractive. Recent acquisitions reflect a strong interest in both B2B ingredient supply and D2C nutritional products. This puts us in a favorable position with optionality.

As we scale production, we’ll unlock more efficiency gains that enable us to produce large volumes of high-value ingredients, all derived from a single regenerative crop as many brands before us have done.

Investors have the chance to receive perks in addition to their monetary investment.

America deserves protein that is clean, delicious, and better for the body. We built Victory Hemp to unlock the full potential of the hemp heart and deliver ingredients that food and beverage brands and consumers can trust. They taste good, digest well, and fit naturally into the growing demand for better-for-you and free-from foods.

By working with regenerative farmers and processing close to home, we’re building a stronger and more resilient supply chain. Our products are already used by national brands, and demand continues to outpace production.

Backed by leading investors in food, agriculture, and sustainability, we’re scaling better protein so that more Americans have access. We built Victory Hemp to help create a healthier food system and a stronger rural economy.
