Hello Border X Familia,

We are making great progress despite some surprises. The biggest surprise was that our concrete was not uniform across the brewery area, it got super thin in some section so we tore it all out and are pouring a solid foundation to support our tanks and brew house.  However, we are still moving forward with furniture, bar build, finishing the outside signage and getting the draft systems installed. See incredible progress below!

Again, our work is not the delay, we are still waiting for the county water department to make the direct main line install connection for fire sprinklers. We only know they have committed to install sometime before February 8th. 

Once we have a fixed date and clear line of sight to legally opening, we will schedule the investor party ASAP.   Investor perks are also being coordinated, my apologies but rest assured they are coming out.

We are working with local media like LA Eater and others to announce and cover our opening. There is a huge amount of anticipation for our opening!

Exposed brick!!  Huge amount of work to remove the paint and stucco, but I think you all would agree it was worth it. Look how great the building looks now!

Bench seating, tables and chairs are being built and arranged. The area near the windows is so nice with a great view and comfy seating!

The brewery floor is laid out and ready for concrete!  If you are building a brewery for the long term you have to set a solid foundation.
