Our trademark and patent portfolio is growing.

The legal team at Amnion Life recently received notification our World Intellectual
Property Organization (WIPO) application was approved for AmnioBed! This grants the company broad multiple country trademark protection through WIPO, itself a
department of the United Nations.

This is in addition to us already possessing specific U.S. trademark protection for
AmnioBed™ through the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Amnion Life’s products and services are covered by U.S. Patents No. 9,662,257
November 2015), 10,166,161 (May 2017) and 9662257B1 (January 2019).

A further patent application for SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND DEVICES FOR ARTIFICIAL PLACENTAS AND AMNIOTIC BED INCUBATORS was accepted for filing January 8, 2019.

What does that mean for investors? 

These applications, notices and certifications reflect that the “intellectual
property” (IP) – the precise specifications our systems, devices, methods and
assigned names) are meticulously being legally recognized, and thus ensuring
our (yours and the company’s) investments are being protected in the U.S. and
rest of the world.  As we  proceed through development, clinical trials
and go to market, this is all in support of the value we aim to build for
everyone involved.
