On the last round I tried to invest again (invested 9/2016 with no problem) and it said I could not because I live in Nebraska. I just found out about the gift shares and went to the site to get some and it says on the page that I can't because they are not available if I live in Nebraska! Why not??? I already own 14 shares and I purchased them while I was living in Nebraska! This needs to be changed! I really want to invest more now that I have a better job. What can be done to fix this?
