Happy Holidays Border X Familia!

We are  hard at work finishing up the building. The building owner has finished all the major work. New plumbing, electrical, bathrooms, air conditioning, roof, paint...everything. Now they hand the keys to us so that we can install our brewing system, finish floors, build our bar and hang artwork and lighting!

We have some SUPER EXCITING news to share!  We are on the LA Eater list of 11 most anticipated openings for 2019!!  AND.... they want to do an exclusive on our Grand Opening!  For those that may not know, the LA Eater is a major publication  on all things food and drink!  So... the pressure is ON!

Couple of updates;

- Landlord installed fire sprinklers, but need to connect to main water line in street before we open! Right now the County Water Department has given a wide window between Jan 7-Feb 7, impossible to know when they will actually show up!

- Grand Opening will be planned for February 8th, to be on safe side.

- Exclusive investor party planned between January 19th and February 8th.  TBD based on actual fire sprinkler water line connection and us finishing our improvements. 

- Investor Perks are still being prepared - Sorry for delays. Proved to be a more challenging process than expected. Sending out to nearly 200 people by mail.
