Two pieces of great news for you today. 

- We're getting VERY close to signing a lease. In addition to this round of regulation crowdfunding, we're also raising some of our opening capital through traditional equity investment (you can email me for more information about  that: [email protected]). The good news: we expect to reach our minimum offering in that round in the next two weeks, which means we'll be able to sign the lease on 374 Fulton and get started with our renovations in early 2019. Put that Champagne on ice — we're almost there!
