We have officially broken ground on 100 Hooper! Last week we received our initial permit sets from the city and this week we are beginning construction!
Because we generate roughly 51% of our annual revenues in Q4 we have been diligently working to open the retail area of 100 Hooper as quickly as possible. In order to make sure we can capitalize on Q4 revenues we have broken up the project into two phases.
The first phase is the retail tasting room and beer garden that will have capacity for 168 guests. We are currently on track to finish this phase and be operational on November 19th.
The second phase is the entire production facility and restaurant. Once the entire facility is complete we are anticipating to have capacity for up to 500 guests and are scheduled to be open on February 15th.
