Here's something we've been hard at work with. It's called the xx. 

The xx is an accelerator that will invest in 6 female founders in STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering and Math). We'll invest $20,000 in each company, house them in San Francisco and teach founders the culture of "paying it forward" and taking big risks.
